1 package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
2 eggs
1 small can cream-style corn
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small can diced green chiles
Put a 6 to 8 inch iron frying pan in the oven and heat to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Carefully pour 1 Tbsp. oil into hot frying pan and then add cornbread mix. Bake for 20 minutes.
