Homemade Christmas Ornaments

2 cups flour
1 cup water
1 cup salt

Mix and roll out.  Cut with cookie cutters or into other shapes.  Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.  Paint as desired.

With the advent of the internet and the availability of ideas and information about everything, it seems superfluous to include crafts like this.  But at the time I assembled my cookbook, this information was not as readily available, and I am not very "crafty" so it was good to have some ideas on hand.
