1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups toasted pecans
Combine all ingredients
except pecans. Boil, stirring
constantly, until syrup reaches soft ball stage. Add pecans and stir gently to coat. Pour out and separate pieces quickly before
coating sets.
