2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
½ tsp sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 small shallot, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Hot pepper sauce, to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
Whisk all ingredients together and let stand at least an hour before serving.
