2 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix sugar, cinnamon and milk in saucepan. Boil until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add nuts. Stir until mixture can be stirred no more. Turn out on waxed paper and separate nuts quickly.
