1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
Combine in saucepan and cook over medium heat until just below boiling. Remove from the heat and whisk in
4 1/2 ounces chopped bittersweet or semisweet chocolate
until it is completely melted. Serve immediately. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream, stir with a peppermint stick, or add a little Kahlua, if desired.
