1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh
cranberries
2 apples
1 navel orange or two
tangerines
1 cup sugar (or to
taste)
Wash fruit. Do not peel orange or apples. Core apples and cut off top and bottom of
orange. Remove any seeds. Cut orange and apples into small wedges. Grind fruit with grinder or chop in food
processor. Mix. Add sugar to taste. Let ripen in refrigerator at least
overnight. Keeps for weeks.
