2 sticks butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Cover large cookie
sheet with single layer of crackers.
Melt butter and sugar and bring to boil.
Add nuts. Bring back to boil and
boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add
vanilla. Pour evenly over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut in bars and remove from pan; cool on wax
paper. Store in airtight container with
wax paper between layers.
