3 cups milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
8 oz. container Cool Whip
Graham crackers
Mix pudding mix
according to directions but use only 3 cups milk. Add vanilla and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Place a layer of graham crackers in a 9 x 13
cake pan, spread half of pudding on top.
Layer graham crackers and rest of pudding mix. Top off with graham crackers. Cover with chocolate icing and
refrigerate. Cut into squares. Best if left to set for a few hours before
serving.
Chocolate Icing:
2 squares unsweetened
chocolate
3 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. milk
Enough powdered sugar to make of spreading consistency
