1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda (dissolved in small amount of hot water)
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 cups flour
2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa dissolved in boiling water.
Mix sugar, sour cream,
and eggs. Add dissolved soda and
vanilla. Beat in flour. Add chocolate solution last. Adjust flour until batter is right consistency. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees until top springs back
when pressed with finger.
