8 oz sour cream
1 tsp. lime zest
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minced Cilantro (optional)
Milk, heavy cream, half ‘n half or buttermilk to thin
Mix ingredients to taste. Better if refrigerated at least an hour before serving. Keeps in refrigerator up to a week. Use with tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc., over black beans, as a dressing or dip, use your imagination.
