1 package ring macaroni
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Juice from one large can pineapple
2 eggs, well beaten
Fruit, as desired, such as miniature marshmallows, drained pineapple, seedless grapes, bananas, maraschino cherries, and mandarin oranges.
Cream butter, sugar, and flour. Add pineapple juice and vinegar. Then add the eggs which have been well beaten and cook on medium heat until it thickens to the consistency of cream, but not as thick as pudding. Cool completely. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Cool. Add dressing to macaroni along with fruit as desired. Chill.
