1 cup buttermilk
(low/non-fat)
2 oz. blue cheese,
crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dash Worcestershire
sauce
2 tsp. chopped parsley
Combine ingredients
well (do not blend or process). Leave
small lumps of blue cheese.
Serve with carrot and celery sticks, use as salad dressing, or as sauce for fried ravioli, an interesting dish served by my sister
