1/3 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
Milk
Mix all ingredients,
adding milk until batter is pretty moist.
It should jiggle. Heat oil or
bacon grease in black iron pan. When
skillet and grease are hot, pour batter in pan and fry. When brown on one side, flip over and fry
until done.
